1. Art Prints & Other Made to Order Items
Our art prints and other made to order items are produced on demand and shipped from the closest production facility to your delivery address. This allows us to offer faster delivery and reduce our environmental footprint.

2–5 business days after the order is placed.

2. Original Fine Art (Shipped from Studio)
Original artworks are shipped directly from our UAE/EU studios. Each piece is carefully packed to ensure safe delivery.

3. Decorative & Home Goods
For select products such as decorative items and physical home goods, we ship directly from our storage.

4. Customs & Import Duties
International orders may be subject to import taxes, duties, or customs fees levied by the destination country.
These charges are the responsibility of the customer. We are not responsible for delays caused by customs processing.

Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive a tracking link via email. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to become active.

Please ensure that your shipping address is complete and accurate. We cannot be held responsible for delays or lost parcels due to incorrect addresses.
7. Multiple Shipments
If your order contains items from different categories (e.g., prints + home goods), your order may be shipped in multiple parcels, as items originate from different fulfilment locations.
8. Lost or Delayed Shipments
