All our products are made to order, which means we print each piece individually when an order is placed. This allows us to offer unique, high-quality art prints while avoiding overproduction.
Because of this, we cannot accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once your order has been placed, except in the cases outlined below.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your order arrives damaged, misprinted, or defective in any way, please contact us at contact.maisonritzy@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery.

Once verified, we will arrange a replacement at no cost to you or issue a refund.
Wrong or Lost Orders
If you received the wrong item or your order has not arrived within the expected time, please contact us. We will investigate with our print partner and resolve the issue promptly.
Custom & Made-to-Order Products
All our art prints are custom made for each order. As such, we do not offer returns or exchanges if you change your mind or order the wrong size.
Refund Processing
Refunds (where applicable) will be issued to the original payment method. Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear on your account after it’s approved.
